I started seeing Louisa in April 2023, after she was recommended to me. I had an old chronic torn ligament injury aggravated by spraining my ankle three times in 2022. My experience with Louisa has exceeded my expectations and she has gone above and beyond any other physio I have worked with. As a result of seeing her I haven't sprained my ankle since last year, they feel stronger and my pain has also reduced. I would highly recommend Louisa.

I went to see Louisa as I was struggling with foot pain diagnosed as plantar fasciitis — it was starting to affect everyday life and I had to stop running and bootcamp classes. Louisa was amazing. Over time I have been able to start running again but with a much greater awareness of my limits and how to adapt my training. I am excited to be taking on the Great South Run next week — something I wouldn't have thought possible 9 months ago.
